Smart ANPR 1.4.4

Smart ANPR is a service for certification and registry assistance reserved for residents in participating municipalities. If your municipality is not listed in Smart ANPR, you can access the certification service offered by the Ministry of the Interior, which is only accessible from the anagrafenazionale.interno.it website.

To access the services, you can use your SPID credentials or your electronic identity card (CIE). With Smart ANPR, you can request your registry certificates directly from your smartphone, avoiding queues at your municipal office. You can print or share your certificates via email or any other instant messaging tool.

The application natively interfaces with the ANPR database, the National Registry of Residents, and issues legally valid certificates.

It is possible to request the following types of certificates in simple paper form or with a stamp:

For requests with a stamp, you need to purchase a €16.00 stamp in advance. At the time of the request, you can proceed with the automatic acquisition of the code through the camera.
